The cooling principle of a chiller.
A chiller is a water-cooling device that provides cooling water with stable temperature, flow rate, and pressure. Its operating principle is as follows: First, a certain amount of water is injected into the machine’s internal tank. The chiller’s refrigeration system then cools this water. Next, a pump sends the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment that needs to be cooled. After absorbing heat, the chilled water’s temperature rises and flows back into the tank, thereby achieving the cooling effect. The cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted according to requirements. Long-term use of chillers can significantly conserve water, making them a standard energy-saving device.
