Integrated system

System Overview
SCHLEE is one of the leading manufacturers deeply committed to integrated heating and cooling source technologies and at the forefront of industry innovation. Addressing the core challenges faced by traditional central air-conditioning systems—such as complex on-site installation, difficult energy-efficiency management, and large space requirements—SCHLEE has adopted “integrated design” and “intelligent control” as the guiding principles for product development. Over the past decade, we have continuously driven technological advancements in integrated units, not only integrating the chiller/heater unit, pumps, constant-pressure water replenishment devices, water treatment systems, power distribution systems, and intelligent control cabinets into a single, highly compact unit, but also deeply integrating cutting-edge technologies such as cloud-based data interaction, AI-powered energy-saving algorithms, and optimized multi-unit control strategies. As a result, we’ve provided building owners and design institutes with system solutions that are more hassle-free, more energy-efficient, and more reliable.
System Principle
Traditional data center designs require on-site selection and matching of multiple discrete components, resulting in long construction periods, complex interfaces, and system energy efficiency that largely depends on installation techniques—leading to frequent discrepancies between the final outcome and design expectations. Meanwhile, as the “dual-carbon” strategy gains momentum and demands for refined operations continue to rise, the market is placing increasingly higher requirements on air-conditioning systems in terms of “controllable initial investment, easy installation, high operational efficiency, and intelligent management.”
SCHLEE integrated unit is a groundbreaking product specifically designed to address this series of challenges. Its technological principle is rooted in the concept of “systems engineering.” By adopting a factory-prefabricated, integrated-testing, and turnkey delivery model, it transforms traditionally fragmented data center systems into highly efficient, plug-and-play chilled and heated stations. This not only greatly simplifies on-site installation work but also eliminates system risks caused by inconsistent construction quality at the site—thanks to the completion of optimized internal piping design and precision welding prior to factory departure, as well as the thorough overall system commissioning and performance validation conducted before shipment. As a result, every unit leaving the factory boasts outstanding and consistent performance.
System advantages
Space-saving: The unit features a highly compact design that significantly reduces the floor space required for the machine room, thereby easing the workload of design institutes in terms of detailed design for various disciplines (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing & drainage) and greatly improving design efficiency.
Shortening the construction period and reducing investment: On-site, only basic positioning and primary-side pipeline connection are required, which can shorten the construction period by more than 50% and significantly reduce installation costs and project management risks.
Smart Operations and Maintenance: The built-in full-frequency control system can dynamically and precisely adjust the operating status of the host unit and water pumps in real time according to changes in terminal load, ensuring that the system always operates at its optimal energy efficiency point. Its Integrated Performance Load Value (IPLV) significantly exceeds the national Level 1 energy efficiency standard. The integrated smart cloud platform enables remote monitoring, fault prediction, energy efficiency analysis, and automated reporting, realizing intelligent operations and maintenance with unmanned supervision.
Reliable and Durable: The factory-based manufacturing environment, stringent quality control processes, and comprehensive performance testing conducted before shipment ensure the unit’s intrinsic quality and long-term operational stability—qualities that far surpass those of field-assembled systems.
