On the Application of Energy-Saving Technologies in Central Air-Conditioning Systems
In terms of building envelopes, aspects such as walls and roofs have already received considerable attention in conventional buildings. The following discussion will focus on energy-saving measures for doors and windows: 1.1 Controlling the window-to-wall ratio is crucial, as heat loss through exterior windows accounts for 35% to 45% of a building’s total heat loss. Under the premise of ensuring adequate indoor daylighting, it is essential to determine the window-to-wall ratio appropriately. Generally, the window-to-wall ratio for each orientation should not exceed the following values: 25% for north-facing windows; 30% for east- and west-facing windows; and 35% for south-facing windows.

Clean and tidy for good luck—celebrate the New Year with joy and happiness!
As the Spring Festival approaches, we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new. On the eve of the Spring Festival, every household cleans both inside and outside their homes thoroughly and gives them a fresh coat of paint. This custom of cleaning before the Spring Festival is known in some rural areas as “shaking off the dust” or “cleansing the house.” It’s said that this practice is intended to sweep away the accumulated dirt and grime of the past year, hoping that the coming year will bring a brand-new atmosphere and fresh beginnings.

We welcome overseas customers from Russia to visit our facility in person.
Recently, our foreign trade department welcomed an overseas customer from Russia. This visit received high attention from our company’s leadership, who instructed all departments to make thorough preparations for the reception. The customer made a special trip to our production base to conduct an on-site inspection of our equipment—from the office and workshop all the way to the testing stations. Throughout the tour, technical staff and foreign trade personnel accompanied the customer every step of the way, providing detailed explanations. The equipment meets international production standards; the workshop is neatly organized, and strict quality inspections and tests are conducted to ensure that each unit fully complies with the customer’s requirements in terms of quality and specifications. During the inspection, the customer raised many non-standard requirements. After consulting with our technical team, we provided professional solutions tailored to the climatic characteristics of the overseas region. Following the technical department’s comprehensive explanation, the customer expressed great appreciation and stated that they would soon enter into a long-term supply agreement with our company.

[Fun Fact] Installation and Debugging of Thermal Expansion Valves in Refrigeration Equipment
The proper installation of the thermostatic expansion valve is crucial to the efficient operation of the refrigeration system. Before installation, it’s essential to check whether the expansion valve is in good condition, particularly the temperature-sensing element. This is because the temperature-sensing element is filled with refrigerant or another working fluid; if there’s a leak, the spring force will close the valve port, rendering the expansion valve inoperable. The thermostatic expansion valve must be installed as close as possible to the evaporator, and its body should be positioned vertically—never tilted or installed upside down. During installation, care must be taken to ensure that the liquid inside the temperature-sensing element remains consistently contained within the sensing bulb. Therefore, the sensing bulb should be mounted slightly lower than the valve itself.
