The unit has low noise levels, with operating noise as low as 70 dB(A).
The unit has low maintenance and servicing costs, features an oil-free system, and requires no oil changes or oil-line cleaning during maintenance.
[Working Principle]
The magnetic levitation water-cooled unit is based on a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle, with its core breakthrough lying in the adoption of a magnetic levitation centrifugal compressor. During operation, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the chilled water in the evaporator and then vaporizes. It subsequently enters the magnetic levitation compressor—where electromagnetic forces levitate the rotor and enable it to spin at extremely high speeds, achieving highly efficient compression that is completely oil-free and involves zero friction. This process transforms the refrigerant into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. In the condenser, this gas exchanges heat with cooling water, causing it to liquefy. Finally, after passing through an expansion device to reduce pressure, the refrigerant returns to the evaporator, thus completing a continuous refrigeration cycle. Thanks to magnetic levitation technology, the entire process achieves a significant improvement in energy efficiency and a substantial reduction in operational losses.
Customized refrigeration core container: efficient and clean, empowering all scenarios.
Holding a special equipment pressure production license ensures greater peace of mind and compliance! We meticulously craft six core refrigeration vessels—shell-and-tube condensers, dry-type evaporators, flooded evaporators, falling-film evaporators, oil separators, and liquid receivers—covering capacities from 3 to 1,000 refrigeration tons. These vessels are compatible with mainstream environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a, R410A, and R1234ze, and are suitable for equipment ranging from modular units to centrifugal chillers, laying a solid foundation for stable and environmentally friendly system operation.
Multi-device compatibility, maximizing performance.
High-efficiency finned threaded tubes are available in a variety of materials—including copper, aluminum-brass, stainless steel, and titanium: Copper offers high cost performance and is suitable for general-purpose applications; aluminum-brass boosts heat transfer efficiency by 12% and exhibits no pitting corrosion after 2,000 hours of salt-spray testing; stainless steel achieves medical- and chip-grade cleanliness, with excellent resistance to chloride-ion corrosion; titanium tubes are ideal for extreme conditions involving high salinity and severe corrosion. All these materials are perfectly compatible with environmentally friendly refrigerants.
Hardcore performance, compliant and durable.
The constant-current falling-film evaporator efficiently enhances heat transfer performance, saving more than 30% on electricity and embodying a green philosophy. Relying on specialized equipment manufacturing qualifications, all heat exchange tubes undergo double leak-testing—first with water pressure at 1.25 times the design pressure, followed by ammonia mass spectrometry—resulting in an annual leakage rate of less than 0.01 g. The material compatibility with refrigerants has been verified over a period of 1,000 hours, ensuring compliance, safety, and zero hidden risks.
