Solution
The production line adopts technology from the Bi Jing Automation Research Institute, and all key equipment is imported from the United States, France, and Germany. In the first-phase plant, our water-cooled screw chiller units are used for the cooling system. We have set two industry records: the shortest construction period and the fastest 24-hour startup for film production. Currently, production has entered a phase of high-quality, stable operation, with both production and sales thriving. The second-phase BOPA film production line with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons began construction on March 25, 2022. We have procured our integrated, highly efficient evaporative cooling unit—model SCH-2M950ZH6—to provide cooling for both the plant building and the production line. This line is scheduled to begin operation in October 2023, positioning us among the leading BOPA film manufacturers in China, further enhancing our market influence, boosting product competitiveness and market bargaining power, and completing the first-stage industrial layout for downstream nylon products.
