Project of a New Materials Co., Ltd. in Jiangxi
Project Background: Launched in October 2021, this project is being undertaken by a comprehensive company based in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, which integrates the research and development, production, and sales of lithium-ion battery cathode materials. The company’s cathode material has already been designated as the preferred choice for electric vehicle development in Jiangxi Province. The project plans to acquire 400 mu of land in the Xinyu Economic Development Zone. The project will be developed in three phases, with a total construction area of approximately 133,000 square meters. The building functions will primarily include production workshops, raw material warehouses, and finished-product warehouses.
Solution: The customer’s production process requires chilled water at 7℃ with a cooling capacity of approximately 2,600 kW. We recommend that the customer install three SCH-1250WDH5 units—two in operation and one as a backup. These units feature automatic adjustment and intelligent control, allowing them to adapt dynamically to the on-site production load. This approach not only meets the customer’s requirements but also helps avoid wasting energy resources.
