Gu Jing Gong Jiu is a time-honored traditional liquor from Haozhou City, Anhui Province, and one of China’s Eight Great Famous Liquors. It is renowned for its long history, unique brewing techniques, and exceptional quality. This project is designed to provide a stable cold source for fermentation in the production process of Gu Jing Gong Jiu.
Solution
