The SCH series water-cooled box-type chiller is one of the core products launched by SCHLEE. Each unit offers a cooling capacity ranging from 17 to 131 kW, with chilled water outlet temperatures between -15°C and 10°C. It is compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R22, R134a, and R404a. This unit integrates the advantages of multiple product categories, featuring an imported hermetic scroll compressor, a highly efficient heat exchange system, and a high-precision digital controller. It boasts advantages such as a compact structure, stable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance. Users only need to connect the chilled water and cooling water pipelines as well as the power supply to quickly put the unit into operation. It is widely suitable for process cooling needs in industries such as printing, laboratories, and rubber & plastics.

[Core Advantages]

  Energy-saving and efficient:

Equipped with a scroll compressor, the system boasts an energy efficiency improvement of over 12% compared to conventional reciprocating compressors, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It features a high-efficiency threaded copper tube evaporator with a compact structure and outstanding heat exchange performance. The multi-head design allows different refrigeration systems to automatically start and stop according to load requirements, serving as mutual backups. This not only enhances operational reliability but also achieves precise energy savings.

  High-reliability design:

The core components feature a branded scroll-type flexible compressor and a high-quality water pump with a long service life; an efficient threaded copper tube evaporator that is compact in size and boasts high heat-transfer efficiency; and a shell-and-tube condenser that offers high heat transfer efficiency, is compact in size, and easy to clean.

Equipped with a high-precision digital controller, it provides real-time and accurate display of water temperature and features multiple safety protection functions, including phase-loss protection, overcurrent protection, high- and low-pressure protection, low-temperature protection, reverse-phase protection, and exhaust temperature protection.

  Integrated installation:

The unit features a compact structure and occupies a small footprint. It’s manufactured as a single-piece unit, with a built-in water tank and pump, requiring only the connection of chilled water and cooling water pipes as well as power supply on-site. It’s easy to operate—simply press one button to start or stop, and it runs automatically, adapting to a variety of usage environments.

[Working Principle]

The liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the chilled water in the evaporator, vaporizes into low-temperature steam, and is then compressed by the compressor into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. Subsequently, it enters the condenser, where it exchanges heat with cooling water. The cooling water condenses the refrigerant back into a liquid state while carrying away the heat. Finally, the liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve, where its pressure is reduced via throttling, and then re-enters the evaporator, completing the continuous refrigeration cycle.
