The SCH series air-cooled screw chiller is a high-performance refrigeration product newly developed by our company based on an advanced technology platform. Its cooling capacity ranges from 107 to 1,261 kW, with chilled water outlet temperatures between 0 and 20°C. The unit is compatible with refrigerants such as R22 and R134a. Equipped with a highly efficient semi-hermetic screw compressor, premium heat exchangers, and an intelligent microcomputer control system, this chiller features a compact structure, stable operation, and easy maintenance. It is widely suitable for applications in hotels, renovation projects, water-scarce regions, and various industrial cooling processes.

 

[Core Advantages]

  Easy installation: The compact structure takes up little space and can be installed directly outdoors, saving data center space. It operates with minimal vibration, requires no dedicated foundation, and is simple to install. On-site, all that’s needed is to connect the chilled water piping to get it up and running.

  Maintain the economy:

  Equipped with intelligent multi-level energy regulation function (100%~75%~50%~25%~0), it automatically matches the load, effectively reducing operating energy consumption.

  The screw compressor features a simple structure with only one-tenth the number of parts found in a reciprocating compressor. It is equipped with no suction or discharge valves, is insensitive to wet compression, and boasts a low failure rate, enabling trouble-free operation for up to 40,000 hours. Additionally, it does not require cooling water, resulting in low overall maintenance costs.

 

[Working Principle]

  The unit absorbs heat from the chilled water in the evaporator via a refrigerant, forming gaseous refrigerant. This gaseous refrigerant is then compressed by a screw compressor into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas, which enters the air-cooled condenser to release heat to the surrounding air and condense into a liquid. After passing through a throttling device to reduce pressure, the refrigerant returns to the evaporator, completing the continuous refrigeration cycle.
