  The SCH series air-cooled box-type chiller is one of the core products launched by SCHLEE. Each unit offers a cooling capacity ranging from 15 to 120 kW, with chilled water outlet temperatures between -5°C and 10°C. It is compatible with a variety of refrigerants, including R22, R134a, and R404a. This unit integrates the advantages of multiple product categories, featuring an imported fully enclosed scroll compressor, a highly efficient heat exchange system, and a high-precision digital controller. It boasts advantages such as a compact structure, stable operation, and convenient operation and maintenance. Users only need to connect the chilled water piping and power supply to quickly put the unit into operation. It is widely applicable to process cooling needs in industries such as printing, laboratories, and rubber & plastics.

  Energy-saving and efficient:

  Equipped with a scroll compressor, this unit boasts an energy efficiency improvement of over 12% compared to conventional reciprocating compressors, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. It features a high-efficiency threaded copper tube evaporator with a compact structure and outstanding heat-transfer performance. Multiple independent refrigeration systems can automatically start and stop according to the load, serving as mutual backups. This not only enhances operational reliability but also achieves precise energy savings.

  High-reliability design:

  The core components—brand-name scroll flexible compressors, water pumps, and fans—are selected for their long service life. The condenser features precision-finished aluminum foil fins, ensuring high heat exchange efficiency and stable performance.

  Equipped with a high-precision digital controller that provides real-time, accurate display of water temperature, it features multiple safety protection functions including phase-loss detection, overcurrent protection, high- and low-pressure protection, low-temperature protection, reverse-phase protection, and exhaust temperature protection.

  Integrated installation:

  The unit features a compact structure and occupies a small footprint, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room and allowing for flexible outdoor installation. It’s manufactured as a single integrated unit, complete with a built-in water tank and pump; on-site installation requires only connecting the chilled water piping and power supply. Operation is simple—just one-button start/stop control—and the unit runs automatically, adapting to a variety of usage environments.

 

[Working Principle]

  The low-temperature liquid refrigerant absorbs heat from the chilled water in the evaporator and then vaporizes. It is subsequently compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas by a scroll compressor. The gas then enters an air-cooled condenser, where, under the action of a fan, it releases heat to the ambient air and condenses back into a liquid. Finally, after passing through a throttling device that reduces its pressure, the refrigerant re-enters the evaporator, thus completing a continuous refrigeration cycle and continuously supplying the process with the required low-temperature chilled water.
