SCHLEE has consistently been committed to the R&D of modular, integrated, and highly energy-efficient products, always taking it as our mission to create value for our customers. The SCH series integrated natural cooling units are a highly integrated, intelligently controlled, energy-saving, and highly efficient product developed by our company. This series of units provides mechanical refrigeration in summer and natural cooling in winter, ensuring efficient operation throughout the year. They can be widely used in applications such as comfort air conditioning and process cooling. Each unit’s cooling capacity ranges from 300 to 2334 kW, and it uses R134a refrigerant, making it more environmentally friendly, green, and energy-efficient.

[Core Advantages]

  Energy-saving and efficient:

The host unit, water pump, and cooling tower are systematically matched and intelligently controlled to optimize overall energy efficiency. In winter, the system fully leverages natural cold sources, significantly reducing operating costs. An efficient falling-film evaporator is employed to comprehensively enhance heat exchange efficiency, achieving an annual energy efficiency ratio (AEER) of ≥ 5.0.

  Integrated and Unified Design:

The unit features a highly integrated mechanical refrigeration system combined with an evaporative cooling system, complete with a built-in water pump and cooling tower, enabling a seamless upgrade from a “project-based solution” to a “plug-and-play system” and thereby reducing on-site installation and space costs.

  Easy to install:

The factory completes prefabrication, inspection, and testing to ensure product reliability; it supports split-unit transportation and rapid on-site assembly, eliminating the need for a dedicated machine room and significantly shortening the construction period.

  Intelligent Operation:

Equipped with intelligent, system-wide collaborative control capabilities, the system automatically switches from manual operation to real-time detection of outdoor wet-bulb temperature and seamlessly transitions between mechanical cooling and natural cooling, ensuring that the system always operates at its highest efficiency.

[Working Principle]

The integrated evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration unit combines a mechanical refrigeration system with an evaporative cooling system, offering highly efficient and energy-saving year-round cooling. During the cooling season, this unit fully leverages renewable energy sources—specifically, the dry air energy—to achieve natural cooling. Depending on outdoor temperature and humidity conditions as well as water supply requirements, the unit can automatically switch between natural cooling and mechanical cooling modes to provide chilled water that meets user needs. When the outdoor wet-bulb temperature falls below a certain threshold, the chilled water produced solely through direct evaporative cooling can satisfy user demands; in such cases, only the direct evaporative cooling section is activated to supply cooling to the user. However, when the outdoor wet-bulb temperature rises above this threshold, direct evaporative cooling alone can no longer meet user requirements. At this point, both direct evaporative cooling and mechanical refrigeration are simultaneously activated: the direct evaporative cooling section functions as a cooling tower, providing chilled water for the mechanical refrigeration system, while the mechanical refrigeration system produces chilled water for the user, thereby ensuring year-round cooling satisfaction.
